
Ashlee was born and raised in Butler County and graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She began working at a domestic violence shelter then transitioned into working with children in the foster care system and children with various mental health conditions in the community, home, and school.
Ashlee graduated from Edinboro University with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2015, and became a Licensed Social Worker in 2017. She has extensive experience as a Counselor for 12 years, and as a Clinical Supervisor for 4 years. With 19 years of experience in the helping profession, Ashlee has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, low self-esteem, relationship issues, working through major life stressors, and trauma.
Ashlee is known for her empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and evidence-based interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether providing counseling, crisis intervention, case management, or advocacy, she strives to create safe, inclusive environments where clients feel heard and supported. Depending on the client’s personalized needs, Ashlee may incorporate the following treatment modalities into the therapeutic process: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Ashlee’s goal is to meet her clients where they are and assist them in discovering the tools needed to process and make changes to become the healthiest version of themselves.

Alicia graduated from Regent University in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma and PTSD Management. She employs a client centered approach to mental health, with the goal to form a therapeutic alliance with client in an empathetic, non-judegmental, accepting way. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology with two specializations: Crisis & Trauma Management as well as a B.S. in Education with an emphasis in Special Education.

Oscar and his family migrated to the United States from Nicaragua in 1991, became a citizen in 1993, and spent the rest of his childhood in Greenport, NY. He found a passion for working with youth and individuals with PTSD. He also values experiential learning and holistic understanding of the effects of trauma. Oscar completed two Master's Degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Experiential Learning. He is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a current Life Coach Certification. His passion is working with clients wanting to enhance their sports performance. He is from Latin America and is fluent in Spanish and English.
Oscar has an extensive background in working with the at-risk youth population. He has also worked in the addiction field as well as with couples addressing relationship issues. Oscar incorporates experiential learning and trauma informed care with Cognitive based approaches to therapy. Oscar worked for several years for Wounded Warrior Project and continues to work to support veterans in the community. Oscar has complete Level 2 in the Gottman Method and enjoys helping couples navigate challenges.
Oscar is currently accepting new clients virtually and in office. He is currently in the credentialing process with commercial insurance as well as PA Medicare and Medicaid. He is able to offer sessions in Spanish and holds a valid license in TX, WV, and PA.

Greg was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from Duquesne University with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. At that time, he started working full time in a residential treatment center for teenagers with addiction issues while working on his Masters Degree in Counseling. He is an experienced therapist and clinical supervisor and is available for LPC supervision. Greg has worked in both substance abuse and mental health with children, teens, and adults, including 10 years providing therapy to struggling foster children/teens and their families. He also has experience in interventions. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). He has been in the helping professions for 20+ years.
Greg has a wide range of experience spanning case management, therapy, clinical supervision, and interventions. He has a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and focuses on ways in which we cope with overwhelming feelings, in both healthy and unhealthy ways. He uses education, a sense of humor, and a non-judgmental approach to help people make more positive and healthier choices. He has worked with people struggling with addiction and their families, those struggling with significant trauma, depression and anxiety, attachment, and those just wanting more from life and not sure how to proceed.
Greg specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) using a person-centered approach to help people through a wide variety of life events and struggles. He has facilitated groups on mental health, survivors of abuse, anger management, healthy relationship skills, family issues, and works on an individual level with those looking for support.
Greg is currently in the credentialing process with all major commercial insurances as well as PA Medicare and Medicaid.

Meagan grew up in Northern Butler County and moved to Washington County in adulthood. She graduated from Thiel College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She began working at a residential facility for at-risk youth. She then transitioned to managing a dementia unit for seniors where she found a passion for working with families struggling with loss. Meagan went on to graduate from Waynesburg University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. She worked as a counselor for 4.5 years in the addiction field before transitioning to private practice in 2018.
Meagan has completed trainings in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Gottman Method. She also holds certification as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Meagan specializes in clients experiencing symptoms of trauma, particularly in military service member and veterans as well as first responders. She also has a passion for working with couples experiencing various issues and discord.
